1. About our products

Our garments are handcrafted and made to measure. Each piece is created individually, so slight variations in colour, weave, hand-embroidery and finish are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects. Product images are representative; on-screen colours may differ slightly from the actual fabric.

2. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, where an item is mispriced or unavailable). Where we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes for domestic orders. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners; we do not store your card details.

4. Made-to-measure

Because items are stitched to the measurements you provide, please ensure your measurements are accurate. We are not able to remake garments due to measurements that were entered incorrectly. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site - including images, text, logos and designs - is the property of Zephyr by Jyoti Khosla and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephyr by Jyoti Khosla shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
