How long will my order take?
Each Zephyr piece is designer made and handcrafted to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 15–20 business days domestically and 20–25 business days for international destinations. For made-to-order pieces, our team will reach out with specific timelines. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide from India through trusted courier partners. International orders are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so any VAT, customs duty, or import taxes are payable by the recipient at delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled, and the shipping address changed, within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production has begun and changes can no longer be accepted.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Domestic orders in original, unused condition with tags intact may be eligible for return or exchange; approved returns are issued as a credit note valid for 3 months. Customised pieces and international orders are not eligible. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size chart with measurements in inches and centimetres. You can also add your own measurements at checkout for a made-to-measure fit.
The colour looks slightly different from the photos — is that a defect?
No. As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in colour and embellishment are natural and expected, and can also be affected by your screen settings. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
How should I care for my garment?
We recommend dry clean only. Store your piece folded in a breathable cover, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
